兵荒馬亂 馬公戶政提供郵寄服務

戶政系統今持續癱瘓當機，澎湖縣部分戶政機關雖然以兵荒馬亂來形容，但人口數比較少的西嶼戶政事務所主任洪姒蕙則表示，可能該鄉人口數不多，這幾天戶籍遷出入運作都還算正常。

馬公戶政事務所主任吳金鳳說，雖然都要等上一段時間，但為不讓民眾久候，都會先收件，等處理成功後再郵寄。除一名要遷籍到澎湖的民眾因為急著搭機返台灣工作地工作，想享有離島航線機票七折優待，因此雖然他原籍地無法遷出，然在請示內政部後，仍先發給該民眾澎湖籍身份證，方便他能享有七折優待搭機赴台工作，至於戶口名簿則等改正後再寄給他。(許逸民／澎湖報導）
